The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The quiet and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, taking into account the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. It comfortably accommodates two children, two adults if they like each other very much.

Durch die zentrale Lage sind Sie schnell in der Innenstadt. Im Wohnbereich lassen Sie in der kalten Jahreszeit bei einem knisternden Kaminfeuer den Tag ausklingen (Holz wird vom Gastgeber gestellt). In der warmen Jahreszeit können Sie es sich auf der großen Terrasse (nur zu Ihrer Benutzung) bei einem Glas Wein gemütlich machen.

Drei Jahre haben wir gebraucht, um unser Schmuckstück unmittelbar am Fluss von Grunde auf mit viel Liebe wertig zu sanieren. Wir selbst sind so gern an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde, dass wir daran gern auch andere Teil haben lassen wollen und bieten es hier zur Vermietung an. Es bietet euch auf insgesamt drei Ebenen standardmäßig Platz für 6 Personen in drei Doppelzimmern.
