The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

In der 1. Etage finden Sie Schlafzimmer 1 mit Badezimmer 1 sowie die Sauna die Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Im 2. EG finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und Badezimmer 2 (siehe Fotorundgang). Im EG lädt eine Bauernküche zum Kochen ein. Der Hof kann frei genutzt, eine Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.

The quiet and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, taking into account the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. It comfortably accommodates two children, two adults if they like each other very much.
