What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Very relaxing, very quiet and peaceful place, comfortable accommodation, very good quality, everything was very clean and well thought out, neat decor, the kitchen was well equipped apart from a small leak coming from the coffee maker, we preferred not to use it, the sauna was very nice , the balneo was very nice but being in the cellar there was a smell of humidity. Stephane was very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house for a weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris. The house is neat and warm and the garden perfect for children. Lots of activities in the area on the good advice of Marion! We had a great time and highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, very quiet in a great garden. Gaillon and the castle are just a few minutes' walk away and you can buy fresh vegetables directly from the farm. The hosts are super friendly and happy to provide information about the region.

In a haven of tranquility by the river, an adorable little house absolutely in line with the description of the ad, ideal for a couple, was waiting for us. Aleksa and Alexandre are very charming and welcoming hosts. For a future stay, we would prefer the other house at the end of their land with a garden and a more private terrace offering more privacy and which also has direct access to the river. The walk with the canoe provided is a real plus with its green and bucolic environment. The centre of Chartres and its cathedral are 15 minutes away by car and the Château de Maintenon, which is worth the detour, is 35 minutes away. Loved our stay!

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre, we came back fitter with the numerous stairs.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

Alexis was very helpful before arrival and quick to respond. Aubrey welcomed us and worked hard to make certain the apartment was ready upon arrival. The location was outstanding. The apartment is unique and has a lot of light and great blackout blinds, when needed. The skylight in the bedroom was extra nice. We really enjoyed the multiple balcony views looking out at the Louvre and both directions up and down Rue de Rivoli. The upstairs bedroom would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The shower was nice and spacious. At the time of our stay there was only a handheld shower, but it wasn't a problem for us. There were many restaurant options within a short distance. It was easy to catch a taxi at the nearby hotel Regina. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located on a quiet, safe, and tidy street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the experience.

We had a lovely weekend here! Buket was very communicative, and the house instructions were very clear The house is beautiful and fairly private. It truly felt like a little oasis.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We had a wonderful family weekend at Gregory's beautiful home. Everything comes together for an unforgettable moment, it feels great, great spaces and great hospitality from Gregory 👍as well as very available if we had any questions. The added bonus is that we were able to stay on Sunday until evening with an extra charge it was super nice, we were able to barbecue and fully enjoy the huge garden and its heated pool I recommend this house blindly for a family stay, crazy memories guaranteed

I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. It's ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.
