Ideal place to stay if you are looking for your own private space . There are good transport links within a 2 minute walk. London Euston is only a 30 mins train journey, perfect place to stay after a show in London. Self check in! Milton Keynes, is only a 17 minute journey by train or car. Other places to visit are Bletchley Park, Luton Hoo and Woburn Abbey Safari Park. A short walk to the town centre or out into the countryside. Nice walk along the canal to visit local pubs and restaurants.

There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.
