Our little nest is very quiet: 51 m2 accompanied by 10 m2 of balcony on the 5th floor, not overlooked and facing the magnificent church of Ménilmontant. Our apartment overlooks a square and a pedestrian street – so you hear more birds than cars! It is bathed in natural light as it is lit by two large French windows, in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen and bathroom are very functional: appliances, bathtub and washing machine, etc.
