One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In the heart of the episcopal city of Bressanone (Brixen), in a central spot close to the enchanting old town, you will find the apartment house "Nice Living". The 58 m² apartment "Nice 2" consists of an open living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The modern apartment overlooks the alleys of the city and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Comfortable 70sm apartment, 5min walk from train station, with bus-stop right here, useful to reach city center, train station, bus station, skiarea Plose or the SpaCenter Acquarena, with balcony with view on Plose. Very close to Sportcenter, markets, pharmacy, riverwalk, restaurant. A nice place with living room and separated kitchen where you have place for breakfast and a quick lunch. There is also a storage room for your luggage, jackets, shoes etc. Parking FREE.
