We are located near Cap Malo (cinema, bowling, shops, golf, restaurants...), and 200 m from a bakery, and a farm relay. Ideal also for someone coming to work in Rennes and wanting to avoid downtown Rennes. You can easily park on our street, which is a cul-de-sac.

Located 10 minutes from the entrance of Rennes and 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, our studio "L 'afterwork" will welcome you for your stay. It is located on the ground floor of our home.
