The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a beautiful kitchen, a beautifully decorated living area, a beautiful 12 m2 south-facing terrace with views of Melesse from the hill on which the accommodation is located. Melesse is 15 km north of Rennes, the village has all amenities. We are five minutes from "Cap Malo", where you will find bowling, cinemas, restaurants, golf, leisure and relaxation areas.

The market town and its amenities are 5 minutes away. St Malo and Le Mont St Michel are 45 minutes away.
