The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. Tranquility Suites is ideally located for exploring the Melbourne area and Archie Carr national wildlife refuge. The beaches are quiet, with plenty of outdoor activities available like hiking and fishing. Mark's place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for a multi-day stay. Hope to return again soon!

This was our second time staying in one of the Tranquility Suites and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway on the beach. The suite provided everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Check-in was easy and convenient for our late night arrival. I can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay for a friend’s weekend in Cocoa Beach was wonderful at Stuart’s place . It’s only a 15 minute walk to downtown and a 30 second walk over to the beach. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick beach access and not wanting to drive everywhere you go! We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay, we were just across the street from the beach! The place was well maintained and they even had snacks for us. Loved that it had the keurig coffee cups too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location.

Beautiful home with a nice private backyard and pool. The home had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues that we had. We had a great stay there and would definitely recommend to friends!

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

Previous commenters have done a through job commending the decor and proximity to the beach so I’ll focus on the helpful abundance on supplies in laundry detergent, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, even spices and condiments in the kitchen! Be prepared for a wide selection of wine glasses and most impressive coffee bar! These things are nice and helpful as we’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where they only provided one days worth of supplies. Who wants to stock up on household supplies on vacation?!? Not me! There is a Publix nearby for food and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Ariel is a super host for this gem of a house. Always responsive, flexible and the house was in prestine conditions. A relaxing weekend with magical views and surroundings.

Karen and Dave are hands down the best hosts I have ever had staying at an airbnb. If I could them and their condo 10 stars I would. The condo was exceptionally clean, detailed, comfortable and inviting. She has everything you could possibly need for your stay already available to you at the unit. She has literally thought of everything and made the experience so comfortable for my fiance and I. I will most definitely be back very soon for another visit and will always recommend Karen and Dave's unit to others I know who are traveling to Cape Canaveral. 10+ stars all the way around!

Very beautiful and clean condo! Plenty of space and everything we needed was there. The building seemed safe and private and had nice amenities that we saw but didn’t have time to use. We did take a walk on the nature trails and those were peaceful and pretty. The host was nice and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing stay with no issues noted. We were in town for the celebration for my Mother-in-love 85th birthday and my niece 40th birthday. The Airbnb was a great location within minutes from the Civic Center venue where the celebration took place. The Fly In Airbnb 505 accommodations where as stated and more. The pool area was also a big hit with everyone. We all left with the same mindset of this being one of the greatest Airbnb experience we have had. JJ, thank you for this not being a nightmare; rather, it was a most relaxing, clean, and safe environment. We ensured that we were respectful and appreciative of your home and fact that you carefully made certain that any of your guests would definitely want to visit again. Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

A beautiful walk, the place and location and the attention were excellent, a wonderful experience and thinking of returning sometime in the future, highly recommended!!!!

JJ is an outstanding host-very responsive and helpful! The instructions for check in/out were so helpful and accurate. The condo was was easy to find and so beautifully decorated, clean & spacious! We felt so at home there and appreciated all of the thoughtfulness from the variety of seasonings, coffee, extra toilet paper, and more! Communication with JJ was always prompt and he was super kind and hospitable. We will for sure be back and highly recommend his place if you’re planning a visit to Kennedy Space Center or local beaches. It’s a great location without the over crowdedness.
