The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

This home is highly recommended! Great location while attending our Annual Community Service Conference, less than 10 minutes away from the Hilton. They thought of everything you could possibly want in your own home, feels really at home! It is perfect! The backyard is huge and well maintained, very calm and relaxing! An abundance of clean linen, comfortable furniture and squeaky-clean kitchen with more than enough appliances and other amenities! If you are a great driver, the busy street will be no problem at all plus the driveway is large enough to do a 3-point turn without getting on the lawn. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We loved it and will reserve again on our next visit!

I had a wonderful stay at this cute and well-equipped Airbnb! The hosts thought of everything with nice little extras like sunscreen and shampoo as well as beach accessories. The landscape is beautiful, making you feel like you're in your own botanical garden. The front yard has a fantastic dining and grill area under the shaded pergola, ideal for outdoor meals. I particularly loved the swivel Adirondack chairs by the front door; a great place to sit with a book or a cup of coffee. The backyard is wonderful, featuring a hot tub and a beautifully lit pergola - a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s close to everything, including the beach, which was very convenient. This place is great for everyone: solo travelers, couples, girls' trips, and families. We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

My family and I had a great stay! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it felt just like being at home. It was about a 30 minute drive to Melbourne beach but it was a fun easy trip! Definitely would stay here again :)

Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

We've stayed here as the beach relaxation part of our Florida road trip and it was a great location for that! The beach is right across the street, restaurants are right around the corner, and if that's not enough, "downtown" Cocoa Beach is about 15 minutes by car. If you have the chance, go watch a rocket launch from the beach – it's an amazing sight in the night time! The apartment itself had everything needed for our stay. Communication with Julian was great too! Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….
