Holiday rentals with breakfast in Melbourne

I arrived feeling tired, left refreshed. Leah has a great personality and offers lots of amenities and extras.

Fantastic place, especially for a single traveler or couple. Lots of amenities and exceptionally well maintained. I was visiting niece’s family so spent little time at the house, but well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and very quiet location—everything I could have wanted! And host was very friendly and helpful. Also very accommodating because I arrived late because of travel delays.

This is my third year in a row staying at Brad's. I keep coming back because Brad is a great host and the location is perfect if you love surfing and wind-related water sports. On days when conditions aren't right for water sports, there's hiking trails in the area and the state park at Sebastian Inlet is only 15 minutes away. Early in stay my board was damaged from the surf (2nd year in a row!) but Brad stepped in again and did a professional repair that had me back on the water the next day. How many hosts can do that!

Can we even give 6 stars? Staying at Linda's was a dream. Not only the exceptional location, but also her friendliness and care immediately made us feel at home. For our trip, we couldn't have found a better balance between deep relaxation and quick access to very interesting sights. A true insider tip for more than just a few days!

This home is remote to the crowds. The neighbors we met were friendly. We spent most of our stay on the desolate beach, which is steps from the back door. You can see a sunrise and sunset from the house. Moon rises are also awesome. You can watch for sea turtles early before sunrise if you cover up for the biting midges. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone to do separate activities if the weather is bad. You will need to plan for supplies as all grocery stores are a decent drive. There is a stove, a microwave, a Kuerig (no coffee pot), and a dishwasher. You will have a washer and dryer in the bedroom that has bunk beds. We would stay again.

We had a very nice stay with Jenice. The house was spacious with more than enough space for two couples. The pantry and refrigerator were well stocked for our month long stay. Our location gave us many options for dining out anywhere from 10-20 min. Jenice was always prompt to communicate when we had questions, offered local recommendations and checked on us often to be sure we had everything we needed. She is a great host.

We had the Best Stay in this lovely and spotless house. Enjoyed breakfast on their porch overlooking a huge garden. Ruby and Jerry are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. A plus is the location very close to Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. We were fortunate to see a rocket launch of GOES-T which was very exciting. No need to stay in a hotel….this AirBNB is THE PLACE TO STAY with very comfortable beds and soft pillows. If we had to rate a 10 Out of 10 we would give this home a 100. 😀

Sherida’s place felt right at home. It exceeded my expectations and more. She takes care of every small need of her guests. She has offered my dinner the first day, breakfasts, a lot of help, and good talk. Worth the money. You don’t just stay there, you make memories!

We are a Family of 6 with 4 four kids aged 5-13. This place is exactly as advertised. Easy check in instructions. The unit is spacious with the bedrooms upstairs. All 4 kids had comfortable beds to sleep on in their room. The location is amazing. Pool onsite and the beach and pier are minutes away. Local pizza, Mexican and ice cream spots minutes away as well. The host, Jason, is very responsive and proactive with recommendations. Highly recommend this airbnb!!

This airbnb deserves all the nice comments it has! Reality is better than the pictures (large room with nice decoration) and great attention to details makes you wanting for nothing (not even food, as homemade bread, fresh eggs and a variety of healthy snacks were available in the kitchen), plus Maria is very welcoming!

We had a lovely time, it was a business and relaxation trip. We chose the right place to be, it was convenient for business/conference and very relaxing on our down days. Our pup was very happy and welcome there. The staff was very responsive when she did a runner, they helped us find her right away. Very happy with our choice.

Great host and nice place

My daughter is a writer and needed a quiet, peaceful place to finish a presentation and Mark’s place certainly exceeded our expectations. It is an absolutely quaint and beautiful little slice of heaven on the river my daughter literally did not want to leave.!!!! We would highly recommend this gem to anyone!!!!!

This was my 3rd time visiting and I must say it’s gets harder to leave each time. This place is so amazing it really is a slice of heaven. I even got to see dolphins this time. Can’t wait to visit again!

Elna and Frank were very sweet, we only stayed one night after our cruise. Even offered me dinner since my friend was sick and could only manage to handle a cup of tea and toast. They are literally the sweetest and I will definitely be booking with them again! 10/10 recommend booking one of there rooms.

I would recommend this to anyone had a great stay Phil & Misty they are great hosts plenty of accommodations . Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Zebra Room was as advertised and a cozy little room i might add. Also Phil can cook great took advantage of breakfast and dinner and couldn't be happier with my decision. If I'm in the area I will be staying here again. Wonderful people very down to Earth and friendly.

Frank and Elna were a joy to stay with. They were super helpful and their home is a delight. We loved the pool and getting to know them. Perfect place especially for people on their way to the cruise port!!

Exactly what we were looking for- Peaceful, private, clean & a short walk into the heart of downtown Melbourne! The backyard was so relaxing. From taking a dip in the pool to enjoying a glass of wine on the boardwalk, Crane Creek was a piece of paradise. We also got to see Manatees & Dolphins playing around as they were passing by. The common areas were spotless & the kitchen was always fully stocked so you could grab a bite to eat or pack a snack to go any time of day. Thank you Mark for being a gracious & responsive host. We highly recommend The Crane Creek Inn & we would definitely return!!
