Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Romantic wooden house in the western part of the Ore Mountains, 620 m above sea level. Enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, go cycling, climbing, skiing or just take a walk deep in the forest! In the evening you relax in our cozy wooden house under the pine trees, so that new adventures await you in the largest contiguous forest in Central Europe the next day. The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. Relax in this special and quiet place. Enjoy the mountain air, relax in nature or watch the animals. You can walk straight from the house into the forest or go hiking up to the Fichtelberg (Oberwiesenthal). In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.
