The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Vacation home "Am Pleißenbach"

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

Unser Apartment liegt im EG eines Dreifamilienhauses am Stadtpark von Meerane. Es wurde komplett saniert, ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wird allein genutzt. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind alle Räume barrierefrei. Wohn - und Schlafraum sind miteinander kombiniert. Die Kulturzentren sind sehr gut über die A4 zu erreichen.
