Holiday rentals with a patio in Medulin

Our stay in the rental unit was very cosy and completely according to our expectations. The host was very helpful, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

A dream of apartment. Very stylishly furnished and with an eye for detail. Everything clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The host is great and communication was smooth. If we go on vacation in Pula again, then definitely in this accommodation.

We were all completely happy with the place, our expectations were exceeded. The apartment is as described and shown in the pictures, it is modern and tastefully furnished. Every room is air-conditioned and there are electric shutters everywhere so that you can be nice and cool if necessary when it gets too hot. The location is very good, we enjoyed leaving the car as you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and after 5 minutes you have reached the old town. Bakery, fruit demes, etc., can also be reached on foot in no time. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. Laura and her team were always available and took care of everything quickly. We highly recommend it and the accommodation, will be happy to come back.

We had an incredibly nice week in the cottage. I'm really fussy (unfortunately), but I really had nothing to complain about here. Tihan was extremely nice, always responded super quickly and gave us great tips. We came on a holiday and he even helped us get the essentials, so nice! We really liked the remote location and discovered super beautiful coves. The house is very clean, the garden super cute and well maintained and there is everything you need. We are a small family with dog and really all loved it. Thanks to Tihan and Ivan :) We will be happy to come back! :)

Very nice house, so much space for several guests wonderful. Amenities are more than sufficient for a vacation rental. A short walk to the sea. You can walk into town a little longer, but a small supermarket is right around the corner. Check-in was personal and everything was shown. I would be happy to come back.

We loved this house, very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 adults. Ines greeted us with a drink and fruit platter and was very helpful with good ideas that enhanced our visit. We had a problem with the wifi which she and her husband quickly remedied. We enjoyed the 10 min walk into the beautiful old town and also a beach that we loved. We highly recommend this lovely house!

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

Our stay was lovely, everything was as described! It’s close to Rovinj (10 mins by car), the house is beautiful, the garden patio and grill station is brilliant, it’s spacious, we loved everything about it, would stay here again!

Fully equipped apartment, strategically located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula, 20 min walk to the city center, and close to a supermarket and a shopping mall. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful garden and pool area. We were greeted by Alba who was the most welcoming host with the best hugs! She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond bringing extra blankets when the weather turned a bit chilly. Highly recommend a stay here.

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Great place to stay in a house with a total of 4 apartments and rooftop pool. Kitchen & living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom were very clean, new and fitting. The sunset balcony is great 5min to the supermarket, 10-15min to port, restaurants & beach The hosts were very helpful and friendly - thank you! :)

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.
