everything was perfect. the road to the guesthouse is a bit tricky and narrow, but that's it 👍

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation from the first moment, it was as described. Everything was modern, new, tasteful and it was very quiet for sleeping. Vedran was very friendly and easy to reach. The pool was pleasantly warm and was cleaned twice a week. The garden was tightly and completely fenced and therefore absolutely safe for our dogs. The small town was easy to reach on foot and there are beautiful sights in the area. The kitchen was also very well equipped, we often cooked or grilled outside. The WiFi worked without any problems, as did the air conditioning. The attached mosquito protection on all terrace doors was absolutely necessary. These come out at dusk, fortunately there are none during the day. You have to be careful when walking the dog in the area. There are a lot of awns on all the roadsides and every now and then a dog runs freely through the streets. It was a great holiday and we would book again at any time!

we spent a family vacation in Elvis' villa (two adults and three children) and we had a great time, the description and photos correspond to what we found, Elvis and his wife were very nice and helpful, we recommend both the villa and the area.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while travelling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super responsive and quick to respond. When we get back to Istria, there's only one AirBnB for us.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The place is super nicely decorated and exceeded our expectations. With a gym, pool table, foosball and dart, the accommodation had the right replacement program for the pool even in bad weather. We will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation. We had a great time. It also had plenty of space for the children, a large pool and a great pool house where we spent most of the time outside on the lounges. The host was excellent and answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful. We were very satisfied with the stay and can gladly recommend it.

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! Everything was just as described clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. But what truly made the experience outstanding was Edis. He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. From the smooth check-in to his local tips and warm hospitality, Edis went above and beyond.
