A 5mn de royan, proche des plages et de Saujon, parfait pour un séjour ou pour les cures aux thermes de Saujon. Studio complètement rénové et bien equipé, de plain pied avec terrasse et petit patio. Convient pour 2 voyageurs. Stationnement sur place. Proche des commodités, (boulangerie, supérette, .....) secteur calme. Le logement est mitoyen à mon domicile mais en retrait, préservant ainsi l’intimité.
