Inside is a fully equipped kitchen open to a large 86 m² living room, its XXL cellar space and an adjoining laundry room. Upstairs you will be charmed by a large relaxation area with its overhead projector overlooking a large terrace facing the ocean and the typical "carrelets" of our region.

The entrance of the parking is by this path.

5 minutes from Royan, close to the beaches and Saujon, perfect for a stay or for treatments at the Saujon thermal baths. Completely renovated and well-equipped studio, single-story with terrace and small patio. Suitable for 2 guests. On-site parking. Close to amenities (bakery, small supermarket, etc.), quiet area. The accommodation is adjoining my home but set back, thus preserving privacy.
