We are located 10 min from the center of Royan, 7 from the beach of St Georges de Didonne, 15 from the coves of Meschers. The 10x5 pool, heated from May to Sept (weather permitting) is secured with an electric shutter.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Located 25 meters from the Grande Conche de Royan, very pleasant and bright family home recently renovated facing South-West. The beach is accessible by a small pedestrian path in front of the house. Beautiful sea views are available from the terrace, the large living/dining room or from the kitchen. The night area is on the same level and consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bike path along the coast is a few meters from the house.
