Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021. There is an attic (with 3 beds), a living floor with kitchen, dishwasher and a bunk bed, on the lower floor shower, toilet, washer and dryer. The farmhouse is heated by pellets. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tourist tax not included

The small but fine accommodation has everything you need to live. It is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible with the suitcase and luggage. The apartment includes a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom with double bed. In the living room is a sofa bed and wardrobe where the clothes can be stowed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The bathroom has a lavabo, shower and toilet.
