Katherine’s place was as described & in the photos and a wonderful stay. The bed was very nice & the balcony overlooking the tennis courts was great was catching some fresh air. I’d stay again if I visit the area!

Good place, overpriced. Keep in mind that behind the name Jay hides a corporate renter with according outcomes. Squeezing out every penny while giving you as little as possible. Don't count on getting a favorable rate if you need an extension. They will try to price gouge with no regard for being a returning customer.

For me, the location was very convenient to go work at Tysons, it’s better to stay here than at a hotel room, the view of the apartment are spectacular, the place is very quiet, very spacious and Yes’s made sure to keep me hydrated with lots of water bottles in the fridge, I would consider staying at this place next time I visit Tysons.

Erica is a great host and this spot is so nice and easy for trips to the DC area!
