i went to DC to meet our adult daughter and sightsee and this was the perfect place to stay - it was close enough to all the monuments to uber yet quiet at night . the host was Extremely responsive to any question i had concerning the unit - beautiful decorating and awesome balcony - i will definitely be back !!! thank you so very much !!!

Pretty comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious apt. Enjoyed the natural light and surrandings --Rock Creek Park. Easy access and clear instructions were very helpfull. Thank you so such for such an easy, pleasant and friendly stay!

Ashok was friendly and easy to get in touch with. He gave me all the details for check in a couple days in advance so I wasn’t stressed at the last minute. The space was great and near the Metro station so it was easy to get into DC or surrounding areas. Also there is street parking if you have a car. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lots of good sitting areas. The kitchen is a bit tight for making big meals but great for all your basic needs. The outdoor space was great for having morning coffee and enjoying the weather. The sound does travel inside similar to an apartment with upstairs neighbors but his friendly communication made it comfortable to discuss anything if it came up.

Great stay. Everything was just as described. Host was very proactive and checked in daily. Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t need to move our car the whole stay. Was able to walk or ride metro rail everywhere!

Michelle’s place was so cute, spacious and clean! I wanted to get a place close to DC and this was the perfect spot. Michelle responded quickly to any questions I had and she made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!

This luxurious McLean apartment exceeded all expectations. The host provided exceptional service—attentive, welcoming, and always available, making the stay seamless and comfortable. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view: lush, peaceful nature stretching as far as the eye could see, creating a sense of calm and escape. Waking up to that scenery every morning was pure bliss. A perfect blend of outstanding hospitality and natural beauty—worth every penny. Definitely coming back to this exact place once i'm back in the area.

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

I had a great stay here! I really loved that I was able to find a place that allowed me to travel with my dog! Great location, very close to everything in DC and great places in Arlington. 10/10 recommend!

Second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location cannot be beat and it is a great place for a couple or small family. Highly recommend.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Lovely place to stay. Close to downtown Alexandria and the wharf. We spent one whole day down there. Also easy to take a few day trips to Washington DC. I would definitely stay again.

Came to the city to visit my friend, and this place is really close to theirs. A lot of shops in the surrounding area. We loved the place, cute and clean, has everything we would need. Definitely a great place for single travelers or couples. The apartment building is quiet and safe. Instructions for check in and check out are detailed, and hosts are responsive. We would love to choose Anthony’s place again in the future!

This studio apartment was great for a weekend getaway. It was super quiet, even though it was just off of King Street. There is a mini market 2 blocks away. From Reagan Airport you can take the blue or yellow metro line, and then it is a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Another 10 minute walk gets you to the waterfront. We would definitely stay here again.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.

We had no idea this was a resort with a sales pitch. Be ready. Not hard for us to say no and they were not persistent but we that this was an apartment in a building. This is a Wyndham Resort. Lovely amenities, parking $25/day right across the street, no restaurant on site but lots of choices close. It was perfect for our purposes.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Washington DC! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Metro, making sightseeing effortless. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind while traveling. Dining options nearby were a great convenience, with a fantastic Thai restaurant across the street and a pizza place next door. This was nice because we often returned from a long day of walking and needed to eat close by. A grocery store a few blocks away was an added bonus. Inside, the space was perfect for our family of six, with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms that made mornings smoother. Large windows added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the projector in one room made for memorable movie nights. Our teens especially loved the pool table on the main floor. This Airbnb was the perfect base for our DC adventure, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located stay!
