Apartment holiday rentals in Fairfax County

I find this unit to be perfect for me, offering safety and comfort, among other things. It is close to many conveniences. This is my third time staying at Laura's place and I hope it's available for my next trip to the area.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless and spacious. It had everything needed to enjoy the space. The neat and clean design of the apartment was not only aesthetically pleasing but also very functional. Overall we enjoyed staying at the apartment immensely. Would highly recommend this place.

We had another great stay with Olga. Wonderful neighborhood, so close to everything. This is our second stay and it’s truly a home away from home. We appreciate the stay!

If you are looking for quietand discrete place to stay please consider it. My family had a great experience

Dmytro’s place was clean and comfortable. We liked that it is an end unit townhouse and didn’t hear any sound from the neighbors.

Ashok was friendly and easy to get in touch with. He gave me all the details for check in a couple days in advance so I wasn’t stressed at the last minute. The space was great and near the Metro station so it was easy to get into DC or surrounding areas. Also there is street parking if you have a car. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lots of good sitting areas. The kitchen is a bit tight for making big meals but great for all your basic needs. The outdoor space was great for having morning coffee and enjoying the weather. The sound does travel inside similar to an apartment with upstairs neighbors but his friendly communication made it comfortable to discuss anything if it came up.

The place was great, everything you could hope for. Separate entrance, the space was large, everything was in the apartment that you needed, very clean, best water pressure ever. I highly recommend this apartment.

So, I actually purchased this as a gift for a love niece of mine and her husband. I live in Tennessee, so I will say that the communication with Janine made me feel comfortable to put my total faith that things would go smoothly. Apparently, they did: Per my niece: "My husband and I stayed at the Happy Tree House for our babymoon. The space was very clean and tidy. The backyard was my favorite part! As well as the comfortable bed. Janine took great care of us and was very proactive. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Alexandria area."

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

David & Lynn are wonderful hosts! My plans had changed, and I was happy to book their place again. It was one of the few bookings that felt like home. Thank you both very much for hosting me for my second stay. The In-Law Suite is great. Everything you need is there. My only recommendation is to have your own network cable to connect to the router if you are particular about the cable type and speed.

Great stay. Everything was just as described. Host was very proactive and checked in daily. Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t need to move our car the whole stay. Was able to walk or ride metro rail everywhere!

Michelle’s place was so cute, spacious and clean! I wanted to get a place close to DC and this was the perfect spot. Michelle responded quickly to any questions I had and she made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at Alexander’s and it was absolutely perfect again. It’s so well organized and I feel like I am in my own home. Everything is beautiful but also easy to manage. He is a great host and communicator. We always feel so welcomed and appreciated as guests of his home.

Sanjeev is one of the most incredible hosts on Airbnb. A stay with Sanjeev is like staying with an old friend! We had a fantastic stay in his property. The space is perfect with everything you need, the location is amazing. Nice and quiet and near plenty of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Great place would definitely stay agian

Very clean well organized place to stay. ms. Carroll was helpful. Let me know of restaurants in other amenities close by. It was a fairly private neighborhood with nothing dramatic happening, the whole time I was there. In my opinion that is very important. Ms. Carroll checked with me almost every week. I was there to see if I needed anything, she was very helpful.Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Was a bit hesitant to book as it is a new listing but I had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend and visit again. Only thing to know: it isn’t self check-in, the host has to guide you which I wish I knew before I came for a late check-in, I felt so bad!!! But the Host was so responsive and accommodating! The apartment complex was beautiful, so new, so many amenities, renovated. The property was easily navigable and luxurious. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and had an unreal view. A bit more on the expensive side, but definitely affordable for all the amenities included and proximity to DC. Book!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

They were very responsive and assisted with getting into the property with ease. The Fountains is a very quiet and cozy neighborhood in Tysons with lots to do around such as the mall, parks, and local eats.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Arshams listing is wonderful! Everything was so clean and fit all 5 of us so comfortably! We loved the tea options 😍. It was in perfect walking distances from great food, coffee places (and fun little bevs) as well as an easy walk to the metro! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
