We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! The communication between us and the host was phenomenal! The house was perfect for everything we needed! The hot tub was a family favorite!

This place was great for my team’s travel to Harrisonburg/JMU, it is close to everything yet far from it all. The owners were of great help when we forgot an item and shipped it out quickly! I see it as a great price for the amount of beds compared to others offered in the resort!

Our family of four spent two nights at Callie's Cottage. We had a great time enjoying the trails, fishing the pond, and watching the horses. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the treehouse. The house was cozy, clean and well appointed.

The amenities were everything we needed to have the ease of a getaway where we didn’t have to worry about packing extra items. From baby equipment to the game room we felt like it fit all of our needs perfectly. I appreciated all the thoughtful details that are put in place to make sure you truly are comfortable as a family traveling. Loved the gazebo and firepit on the deck! Jeff was great at communication and flexibility for our trip. If you’re looking for a great host that makes you comfortable, stay here. The house itself was awesome. We had no major issues, which is rare for a rental of this size

A very nice place, cozy and very clean. Even though it rained and we couldn't enjoy the hot tub, it didn't stop us from enjoying it. It has everything you need.

Our 2-week stay was wonderful. The views are wonderful, from every room. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped. Loved the lay-out of the house. The owners were very welcoming and responsive. I would give this listing 10 stars if I could.

This cabin is a hidden gem in the woods near Shenandoah—peaceful, stunning, and surrounded by nature. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful escape with breathtaking views, this is the place. Photos don’t do it justice. One of the most serene stays I’ve ever had.

Derrick & Trisha's place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. We were greeted by two friendly English Mastiffs, which was fun! If you stay here and WiFi is important to you, bring a hotspot. I would stay here again.

Love this place! We’ve stayed here multiple times now. We can use it to visit with our daughter at JMU and bring our dogs. Love that it’s one story & spacious enough for grandma to join our trips.

Nicole’s place was absolutely perfect for our girls’ getaway! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect balance of comfort and seclusion. We loved how private and peaceful it felt—such a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The fire pit was amazing for cozy evenings, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. There’s a Walmart at the bottom of the mountain if you need anything, which was super convenient. A heads-up: if you’re planning to leave on a Sunday, the nearby landfills are closed, so you’ll need to take your trash further along your route home. The drive up the mountain is stunning, but definitely requires an AWD/4WD vehicle to make it up stress-free. Nicole was so responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape and enjoy a relaxing, secluded retreat! Nous avons adoré cette maison. Propre, grande et vaste, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos petits matins et après-midi sur la terrasse. Environnement magnifique, à proximité de quelques randonnées dans le Parc Shenondoah. À 15 minutes seulement des épiceries et autres commerces essentiels. Quelques trajets pour le vélo de route en partant de la maison, mais possibilités limitées. Toutefois à 30 minutes seulement du Skyline Drive où l'expérience vélo en vaut la peine. Enfin, échanges agréables et réponses rapides de notre hôte Laura. On recommande.

We had a girls weekend at the Manor and had the best time. The home was beautiful and comfortably slept all 13 of our guests. We had plenty of space in each common area for all of us, and the decor was amazing. The house had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful - they even gave us recommendations to help with our planning, and answered all of our questions before our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here as a larger group for a nearby wedding. The place worked great, had a ton of space, and was really clean. Was pretty convenient to Harrisonburg and the venue too! We enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to any larger groups looking for a space!

we absolutely loved our stay. it was the perfect location for an Easter getaway. the house is a short drive from JMU and there is an INCREDIBLE view from the front porch. I would absolutely stay here again
