Hyfield Stable - Hidden rural retreat

Hyfield Stable is a recently converted stable block which has been finished to a very high standard. The property is rurally located, surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We are situated down a long private driveway and in a very peaceful location. It is ideal for families, couples, guests with dogs (we allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of £15.00 which can be booked at time of main booking) or for a group of friends who need a getaway! Hyfield Stable is a non smoking and non vaping property.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Tiny home with stunning views on 150 acres

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Soak in the free standing tub whilst admiring the views, or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. 2 minute woodland walk to access.

‘The Water Snug’ Floating Lake Cabin

Sit back, relax and enjoy the ambience that will surround you in our stunning new one bedroom house boat. Situated near the pretty village of East Hoathly, East Sussex, set on our picturesque one acre lake. Feel at one with nature from inside the beautifully decorated interior, with log burner, fully fitted kitchen, modern toilet/shower room, double aspect bedroom, with windows that allow the outside in. East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

The Chapel at Barn Cottage unique country retreat

A former 15th Century Chapel which has been lovingly converted to a gorgeous, characterful, self contained 2 bedroom retreat, next to our own home. Close to several historic and National Trust properties, guests can also reach Tunbridge Wells, Glyndebourne and Lewes in under 25 mins, Brighton and Eastbourne in 40 mins. There are several golf courses and fishing lakes nearby. This cottage is perfect for couples or a family. Secure, gated parking.

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is in the heart of the Sussex countryside amongst the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. There is an outside space to sit and relax. The barn is spacious and sociable. There is a working forge just by the barn. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful balls.
