Lovely house a few minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, and the South West Coast path. The first floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large sunny balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful headland, one bedroom (en suite) and separate toilet. On the ground floor are a further 2 bedrooms (one en suite), shower room, bathroom and utility room. Mawgan Porth has surf hire and instruction, Cornish Fresh village store, restaurant, fish and chips, pub, pitch and putt.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Amazing countryside views ! Lovely walks around the area and wonderful beaches close by. Only 30 mins drive to the Eden Project and 10 mins drive to Watergate Bay Beach. Stylish lodge with lots of modern comforts and luxuries. Sleeps up to 8, in 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed. Beautiful open plan kitchen, dining & sitting room. The balcony is a great addition with superb views to enjoy with a coffee or glass of wine . Good Wifi speed for home working. Hot tub. Parking for 2-3 cars .
