The Laußnitzer Hütte is a small alpine hut belonging to the Laußnitzer organic farm for self-catering at the end of the western Nockberge at 1,836m above sea level in absolutely untouched, 20 minutes' walk from the Laußnitzsee. Our rustic alpine hut made of solid wood includes a small kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a guest room with a fireplace and a bed for up to 9 people with a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Enjoy the peace and simplicity far away from civilisation in a breathtaking mountain world

During your stay in our XL apartment you will enjoy the view and tranquility. Our house is at 1100m above sea level at the end of a cul-de-sac. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to, among other things, Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern is only a few minutes walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds, and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

The newly renovated apartments, furnished by a carpenter, offer relaxation, tranquility and fun for children, modern amenities, farm-grown organic products and much more!

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
