Great location, big and cozy house.

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreating and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

We had a great time staying at Christian Gotthardt’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, quiet, scenic and also with good restaurants around 👍

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

We really enjoyed this beautiful home! We were two couples with two babies and we had a lot of space for everyone. The balcony has a beautiful view and it's fun to spend time there. The kitchen is sparkling and comfortable to cook in. The house was clean and stunning. Thank you so much for being a magical host

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a ski holiday. The apartment is nice and modern with a wonderful view of the area (mountains and valley). 15-20 minutes away from various ski options within Ski Amadé. We found Zauchensee and Flachauwinkel top for skiing. The sauna facilities are nice to use after skiing. Nearby and a fifteen-minute drive away are great restaurants. The staff is very friendly at reception and checkout.

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly greeted with homemade cake and given a short tour of the grounds. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the accommodation are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and we got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea enormously! They are very nice, hospitable and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

We were very warmly welcomed by Julia. The apartment was beautiful and we settled in immediately. Everything you need is there. We slept super well and enjoyed a great view every morning, whether waking up or at the breakfast table. We especially liked the service of getting fresh bread rolls delivered to the door every morning! A big thank you again! Our daughter was blown away by the animals and would love to jump on the trampoline forever... the surroundings themselves are very quiet, which did not bother us at all because by car you can get to different places to explore super fast.. In the evening we could comfortably end the day by the fireplace with a glass of wine or relax in the sauna for two. We as a family can recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience! It is definitely a great break from the stressful everyday life in the chaotic city life.

Breathtaking place with 100% privacy and absolutely mesmerising surroundings. The scenery is even better than the pictures. Dino was so helpful and responsive regarding any question or inquiry. The house is fully equipped from the inside it even has all the cooking essentials. If you choose this place, which you should, don’t miss on an amazing cooking experience. Fantastic family vacation in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly by short arrangement. The Cosy Alpin apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cozily furnished - the direct view of the mountains completes this perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with a lot of love for detail and invites you to cozy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We received great tips for excursions in the area and otherwise you could contact Elisabeth at any time. Thank you for the hospitality - it was a completely successful holiday. We really enjoyed the days at the place. The location of the cottage is perfect. Hiking trails start directly from the cottage. The hot tub with the breathtaking view was a highlight. We will be happy to come back!

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. This chalet is simply incredible! Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed, has its own modern bathroom and even a private terrace – pure luxury. The furnishings are stylish and high-quality, thought out down to the smallest detail. The outdoor area is also a real highlight – perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Absolutely recommend – we will definitely be back!
