We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. During your stay in our XL apartment, you will enjoy the view and the tranquility. Our house is located at 1100m above sea level at the end of a dead end street. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern, among others, are only a few minutes' walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

Das Obergeschoss besteht aus Wohnschlafraum, eingebauten Doppelbett und Einzelbett sowie einer Couch (auch ein Gitterbett ist möglich). Für lange Abende steht ein Flatscreen-TV parat.

With 2 bedrooms one with mountain views and one with village views there is room for 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 children to have space and privacy. You can bike, mountain bike and hike straight from the door. 5 mins to the Spiereck ski lift our home mountain! A fully equip kitchen and comfy lounge space make apres ski cosy.
