We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Very spacious apartment with a view (XL) Mauterndorf

During your stay in our XL apartment, you will enjoy the view and the tranquility. Our house is located at 1100m above sea level at the end of a dead end street. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern, among others, are only a few minutes' walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Enjoy cozy fireplace in the living room and a view of the beautiful mountain backdrop from every room of the house.
