Im Ort befindet sich in ca. 600 m Entfernung ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Geschäften sowie mehrere Gaststätten . Die Großräume Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim und Stuttgart sind gut erreichbar.

We offer a separate guest apartment with bedroom, private kitchen, dining room, shower and toilet in our house. The S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 450 m away. From here you can quickly reach the Sinsheim Technology Museum, the Badewelt and the Pro-Zero Arena. Heidelberg is 44km and Mannheim 54km away. 300m from us is a nearby and estate where you can shop quickly. Our house is located at the end of the village on Elsenz and is very quiet. Parking in front of the front door.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards & fields; yet you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes one bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people (+travel cot if needed). There is also an outdoor area with outdoor seating, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Bikes can be parked & loaded in the lockable bicycle garage.
