King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house of approx. 115 m2 is located in the municipality of Mieders, a quiet place at the entrance of the Stubai Valley. From here it is only 15 minutes to downtown Innsbruck. In a few minutes, however, several ski resorts such as Serleslifts, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier can also be reached. The bus station is a 2 minute walk away.

The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family (also with dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly decorated, even with stairlift. In 15 minutes you are in the city center of Innsbruck and in a few minutes in the Patscherkofel ski resort.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live.
