In our dynamic region, you can enjoy the seaside or walks along the Rance. Mont St Michel and Cap Fréhel are 45 minutes away. The house is not semi-detached. The enclosed garden. Children will be able to see our animals (chickens, sheep, peacocks, goat). Ideal for remote work. Good WiFi network

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Shops nearby – Large market on Wednesday mornings. Located 5 km from the beaches. Pets not allowed.

Close to the village of Matignon (2 km), close to the seaside resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo (4 km) and at the foot of a greenway (bike path). The first beaches are 5 minutes away. You can visit the Emerald Coast: Cap Frehel, Fort La Latte and stroll along the GR 34. Located 20 minutes from Dinard and 30 minutes from Saint Malo and Dinan.

A true paradise for shore fishing, walks and hikes, kites and nautical activities, you will be dazzled by the colorful dawn and shimmering twilight, the comings and goings of the tides, the song of sea birds. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

The nearest large beaches (5 km), in the neighboring town of Saint-Cast le Guildo will be an asset for your stay in Côte d'Armor.

Granite Heath & Emerald Sea Facing Cap Lighthouses

A charming house built of Breton granite, set on 2 hectares of wild moorland facing the Cap Fréhel lighthouse. The beach is a 12-minute walk away via the cliff path. Silence, space, raw beauty—and nothing else. The GR 34 trail runs right past the estate’s gate, providing access to hiking trails, beaches, and spectacular viewpoints; the setting invites you to take peaceful walks and simply contemplate the surroundings.

Located in Dahouët, a small port of Pléneuf Val André, Hyppolite's house welcomes you, whether you are with family or friends. You will appreciate its 4 bedrooms with sea view, the small enclosed terrace along the channel. It's a cozy house with its 2 staircases, stone wall and parquet floors on both floors. It is steeped in history and if the walls could talk, they would have so much to tell us...

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
