We have just made our dream come true: to create a cocoon in Brittany, facing the sea. This is a 40 m2 apartment located in a beautiful Malouine villa, completely refurbished and designed by an interior designer. We are located less than 10 meters from the sand of the Grande Plage de Saint-Cast and a five-minute walk (dragging) from the center of the seaside resort. Ideal for a couple with children, like us. Characterful apartment located 10 meters from the large and majestic Sillon beach. You just have to cross the street to take a sea bath, do your yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset. A green lane is accessible from the house to get to Saint Castle. Matignon is also famous for its market on Wednesdays.
