Cosy & charming 2 bedroom home with roof terrace

This lovely home is based just off the market square in the wonderful market town of Masham. Close to all the local attractions, Masham boasts two breweries, a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafés. Alongside regular markets there are beautiful galleries, a glass blowing workshop, and many gift & sweet shops! Masham is a perfect start point for outdoor pursuits, there are many beautiful circular walks for all abilities and cyclists will be spoilt for choice for routes into the dales and beyond

The Former Mechanics Institute - Grade 2 listed

The Former Mechanics institute in Masham is a grade 2 listed building stepped in history. The building was Mashamshires Lecture hall from 1856 until until the 1950's when it became the Town Library and the Midland Bank. The main advantage of this building is that the former Lecture hall / Library room remains intact and there perfect place for people to drink and dine. The dining table seats 12!
