The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to while away the time. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a relaxing break in the swimming pool or sauna.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Die Lage ist ideal zum Wandern, Baden und Radfahren/Mountainbiken. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses mit fünf Wohneinheiten und ist umfangreich ausgestattet, unter anderem auch mit Bio-Lebensmitteln zum Kochen (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, div. Gewürze, Gemüsebrühe).
