During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Welcome to the breathtakingly beautiful and world-famous Chiemgau region,  Close to Lake Chiemsee in the Alps – near Reit im Winkel and Austria’s ski resorts, between the Hochplatte and Hochgern mountains, where the ‘Tiroler Achen’ flows towards Lake Chiemsee – lies the beautiful climatic health resort of Marquartstein. This is where we, as the host family, call home. Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space for 5–6 guests (approx. 90 sq m) so they can also unwind and relax.
