Beachfront holiday rental in Marotta

Чудове помешкання: 5 хв до вокзалу, 5 хв до моря, кафе та магазини поруч, тиха вулиця. На першому поверсі, прохолодна квартира, не жарко навіть коли на вулиці +30. Господар нас любʼязно зустрів на вокзалі та провів до квартири. Також надав вказівки як добратися з аеропорту. У помешканні чисто, охайно, все є для проживання: на кухні:кава, цукор, сіль, спеції, посуд на всі смаки. У кімнатах: чисто, гарна чиста постіль У ванні: засоби для прання, шампуні, навіть є кілька підгузників для немовлят. Дякуємо за хороші помешкання!!! Рекомендую для сімейного відпочинку.

The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

Casettina graziosissima con vista collina e appennino. Un risveglio nella natura e nel verde. Casa organizzatissima con fornelli, accessori, fornetto frigo lavatrice e phon. Ottima pulizia. Noi abbiamo usufruito anche del lettino da campeggio per la bimba. Posti auto comodo e posizione ottima per mare e senigallia (tutto a max 10 minuti in macchina). Tiziana e Corrado, gentilissimi padroni di casa. Torneremmo volentieri!

Ottima sistemazione, siamo stati di passaggio ma ci torneremo sicuramente. Angela è sempre stata disponibile e molto amichevole. Nei dettagli della casa si nota la cura e l' attenzione per l' ospite. Casa confortevole con ampi spazi.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort hat hervorragend funktioniert, Francesco hat uns selbst die Wohnung gezeigt und alles wichtige erklärt. Zudem war er immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und ein MiniMarket für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es war von unserer Seite her ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Schöne Gegend, Nette kleine Wohnung wie beschrieben. Schönes und sauberes Strand vor dem Gebaüde! Katarina ist nettes Host, gerne zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Die Wohnung ist genial gelegen. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand oder zum hauseigenen, sehr sauberen, Pool. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick direkt auf das Meer, vom Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Der Check-In von Andrea war sehr hilfreich und er hat mir auf einer Karte diverse Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt. In ca. 100 Meter Entfernung hat es einen super Lebensmittelladen. Die Küche und Bad waren sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und das Ausziehsofa sehr bequem. Den angebotenen Parkplatz (nicht vor dem Haus) für meine Vespa habe ich nicht genutzt, da es vor der Residenz sehr viele öffentliche Motorradparkplätze hat. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Soggiorno veramente piacevole. Host disponibile e location curata, pulita, in posizione centrale e con tutti i servizi a disposizione.

Alloggio in zona pedonale, comunque grazie alle indicazioni dell'host Elisa, abbiamo scaricato i bagagli proprio dietro casa e la fortuna vuole che c'era un parcheggio libero dove ho lasciato l'auto per tutto il soggiorno ma altrimenti c'è un grande parcheggio poco lontano. L'appartamento si trova praticamente in spiaggia, giusto l'attraversamento della strada e di è subito dal bagnino (bagni Mario) anche qui ci siamo trovati molto bene. Quindi per me esperienza più che positiva. Grazie Elisa!

Appartamentino carino con affaccio sul mare, attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente per la tua vacanza. L'host Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, è stato proprio come essere a casa mia.. Consiglio vivamente per una vacanza all'insegna del mare e della tranquillità!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Host is extremely hospitable-thanks Francesco, ciao. Extremely peaceful and hidden gem in the mountainside off the coast. Highly recommend. Will return.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!
