Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Welcome to our Leandra Holiday Home, a small corner of peace surrounded by green hills, just 10 minutes by car from the sea. Ideal for a family or two couples of friends, it has a small private garden with barbecue: perfect for moments of relaxation after a day at the beach. Located in a quiet village, far from the tourist chaos but close to the beaches, historic villages and scenic trails. It is the perfect base for discovering the coast and enjoying the surrounding nature.

La Canocchia - House on the harbor

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and a dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euro/pers/day to be paid on site).

A typical fishermen's house, independent and directly overlooking the port of Pesaro, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. Close to the equipped and free beaches of the waterfront and Baia Flaminia, the station, the centre and the San Bartolo nature park. Located on two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with two single beds or a double of choice and sofa bed. There is free public parking in front of the house and in all the surrounding streets.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
