The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Nice and quiet independent apartment, finely furnished just 600 meters from the sea and 10 minutes from Fano and Senigallia. Surrounded by greenery and with all amenities nearby, it is great for enjoying a beach vacation between sports and culture without sacrificing relaxation. Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. The house is equipped with all amenities including two ceiling fans/lamps, Wi-Fi and bicycles.
