Paula Rath was built as a farmhouse to the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2 hectare farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a ca. 600ha large The 3 ca 150qm gr. The apartment is located right next to a nature reserve. The Bodden (Ribnitz-Damgarten) is about 15 minutes away by car and the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes. The Vogelpark Marlow is about 12 km away. There are also opportunities to canoe on the Recknitz. A gas station with a small supermarket is about 4 km away. Rostock is 40 km away and Stralsund about 50 km. Four times a week, the bakery van arrives in the morning around 11 AM.

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
