Es ist auf unserem Grundstück zusammen mit 3 weiteren Ferienwohnungen in einem anliegenden Ferienhaus. In dem Baumhaus gibt es keine Toilette und keine Dusche (Gartendusche) Eine eigene Toilette können Sie im benachbarten Ferienhaus nutzen. Sie können dort alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen, wie Trampolin, gemütliche Sitzecke, Bibliothek, Tischkicker. Gerne darf auf dem Grundstück gegrillt werden

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. The 30 sqm newly renovated apartment has a double bed with closet and secretary, a sofa, TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small table. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet/shower. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult with 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.

Vacation on the Baltic Sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located on the edge of Ribnitz Damgarten on our property, but has a separate entrance and is completely self-sufficient from the main apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities are not finished yet. 2 km to the Saaler Bodden and 8 km to the Baltic Sea.
