In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

Work&Travel Leipzig

Die Apartments sind eingerichtet für 2 bis 3 Personen. Sie liegen direkt im Zentrum von Markranstädt am Stadtpark. Hier finden sich viele Geschäfte, Tankstelle, Platz zum Ausruhen und ein sehr guter Badesee. Dazu gehört ein Stellplatz (bis 2m Höhe) in einer Tiefgarage unter dem Gebäude. Man erreicht 2 Autobahnen in 5 Minuten (A9 und A38), sowie eine weitere in 10 Minuten (A14). Sie wohnen zentral in der Region Mitteldeutschland. Leipzigs Zentrum erreicht man mit der S-Bahn in 20 Minuten.

Small, cozy, friendly, bright and quietly located apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Kulkwitzer Lake, not far from Leipzig, Neuseenland, Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. In the spirit of corona, we are doing everything we can to comply with Airbnb safety standards.

Die herrliche Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im Ortsteil Göhrenz von Markranstädt direkt vor den Toren von Leipzig. Die hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung besticht durch die Seenähe zum Kulkwitzer See. Der See ist zu Fuß in etwa einem km zu erreichen. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen Küche, einem Essbereich sowie einem Zugang auf den Balkon. Des weiteren erwartet Sie ein modernes Bad und das gemütliche Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Gästezimmer.

Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
