The apartment also offers a small courtyard, which is only you use. So you can rest and sit in the yard after a long day of full of experiences. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers many restaurants and bars.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Our chalet "Le Ciel Bleu" is located in Marienheide in a beautiful region of North Rhine Westphalia called "Bergisches Land", just a few minutes' walk from the lake Lingese-Talsperre. In summer an ideal place for swimming or paddle boating or SUP, in winter for ice skating, in autumn and spring for hiking, cycling, motorcycling.
