Cozy and modern furnished vacation home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Lake Werbellin. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and excursions to Berlin and the surrounding area. Great complete amenities, plus a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Time out in nature and by the lake

40 minutes by car or a bike ride from Berlin, our small house (about 50 square meters) on the lake is waiting for you! Less than 20 meters to the sandy beach on the lake and in the middle of nature (750 sqm property)! Ideal starting point for bike tours through the Schorfheide, starting point for mushroom seekers and of course water enthusiasts! The water skiing facility in Ruhlsdorf (3.5 km), the climbing park and the wildlife park in the Schorfheide (16 km) or the boat rentals on the Finow Canal also offer variety.

Where the Oder-Havel Canal and the Old Finow Canal intersect, the entrance to the Schorfheide, there lies the picturesquely designed harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Nichts ist überladen oder verbastelt - hier kannst du durchatmen, die Natur genießen, im See baden (5 min zu Fuss), direkt vor dem Häuschen einen Hike beginnen oder mit dem Rad vom Grundstück aus starten und um den See radeln ... am Abend schlummerst du vorm Gußeisernen Kamin friedlich in eine Wolldecke gekuschelt ein ...

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Anyone who goes on vacation in Barnim will find a cozy, well-equipped and quiet apartment in direct proximity to the lake Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Wandlitz. From the balcony you can watch the deer grazing on the adjacent forest meadow in the morning. In summer, you can walk to the lake in 3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

In the beautiful house directly on the water with a private harbor you can spend your holiday with up to 6 people. It offers an incredible amount of extras: whether air conditioning, a sauna or a fireplace - all wishes are fulfilled. Depending on the weather, the house has a table outside and inside. The built-in kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Linen, towels, Wi-Fi, heating, water and electricity are included. Sauna will not be working until 20.1.2026

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
