Not far from Munich and Innsbruck, just 15 minutes from the renowned year-round sports region of Lake Achen. Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as cross-country skiing routes, pass by the property. Two draglifts and one baby lift add a touch of retro charm. The village inn is right next door. Incredibly beautiful and authentic!

Almhütte Melkstatt

Rustic and genuine. Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.
