We had a very nice family weekend at the Kachkendlalm. Roswitha is a very warm person and we were allowed to look over her shoulder while baking bread. We will be happy to come back.☺️

Beautiful, very old farmhouse located at the end of the place yet central. Shopping, hiking and ski resort are within easy reach. The place was equipped with far more than stated in the description. The host family was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were nine of us in the house and there would have been more space. Due to the two bathrooms, the stay also works very well with a larger group. Towels, sheets and basic amenities in the kitchen as well as firewood for the fireplace - everything was provided.

We spent a total of 5 nights with 3 families. We were warmly welcomed by the host and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was clean and tidy. (Almost) each bedroom had its own bathroom, so each family had the necessary privacy. We particularly liked the view, the cleanliness and the very well-equipped kitchen. The fully automatic coffee machine has conjured up a wonderful aroma in the morning and the fresh rolls from the local bakery (delivery service!) taste excellent. We also enjoyed the surroundings with the many excursion possibilities (Zell am See, summer toboggan run Kaprun, Blausee, Slide path on the Maiskogelbahn, etc.)! We 100% recommend the place.

We had a really good week with our family with 3 young children. The house is definitely child-friendly enough (children aged 3 and 5). Everything looked cozy and was neatly tidied up. The floor, bathroom, kitchen and rooms were all clean. There was only some dust here and there, but we can live with that. Everything we needed to cook was provided in the kitchen, there is also a small freezer. We didn't have a lot of extra charge on heating and water (wood fire used for heating). Outside, fun toys and various bicycles and scooters are available. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood and thanks to the washing machine and dishwasher we didn't have to spend much time in the household. We enjoyed, definitely one more recommended.

Absolutely recommended. House was still a little chilled. Then the guest giver came to help immediately and quickly turned on the fireplace for us until the underfloor heating has done the rest. We'll be back

The house is lovely, very comfortable, spacious and equipped. It is in an excellent location both in its accessibility to tourist sites, both close to restaurants, gas station supermarkets and mainly because it is not within all of these, but is a short distance from them. The house is on a mountainside, not too far, not too close. On the way you pass through fields., you see animals, cross a bridge on a stream and come to the corner of paradise. We wholeheartedly recommend.

We had a great stay at this house . The accommodation is very clean , a harbor of peace in the middle of the mountain. The person who welcomed us was very kind and she responded to any questions we had. We recommend this place to enjoy a holiday in Tyrol . The village of Fügen is very beautiful and has all the necessary shops.

The place was very tastefully decorated. Very quiet location of the chalet. Upon arrival, we noticed deficiencies, but these were remedied immediately if possible ( toilet lid loose, balcony door broken...) . Very dedicated hosts who are happy to take care of the well-being of their guests. What might be improved would be the reservation of the sauna. One hour daily for 7 people is very little. Thank you for the hospitality, we felt very comfortable.

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation. We were now a guest for the 2nd time and were very comfortable again. Beautiful idyllic location, great starting point for all activities and excursions, perfect for unwinding. Very large well-kept property, which is great especially with a dog, as it is fenced all around.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

Most appreciated the proactiveness and personal touches. As we arrived late ar 5pm on Saturday, Christina offerred and helped fill the fridge with our needed breakfast groceries for weekends (shops closed on Sunday). Also helped me buy a sachetorte birthday cake for one of our member. The Hosts surprised us with a birthday greeting card and small gift. Jurgen was on site to welcome and showed us facilities and equipment of the Villa. Gave helpful tips on excursions and best restaurants. We had best days of sightseeing and enjoyed the foods.

We had a really nice weekend at Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, self check-in straightforward. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee machine) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back anytime. Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
