THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Our vacation homes The idyllically located comfortable vacation homes on the edge of the meadow and forest are built of wood and are ideally suited for summer and winter vacations. All bungalows are at ground level and have a terrace and garden furniture. We have different vacation home categories, please ask about our offer. All vacation homes have triple glazed windows with shutters. A sunbathing lawn also invites you to relax in the beautiful Harz landscape.

Time out on the Bodeufer (nature/sports/climbing)

Located directly on the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic hydroelectric power station, you will find a unique accommodation on an extensive area. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers. Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
