Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

the apartment is basic but complete, we had a good time with two adults and 3 children (one 1 year old). the only thing missing are mosquito nets, otherwise it is perfect. the beach near the house makes up for the bites...

A fantastic weekend getaway with 10 people! City centre within walking distance, supermarket 2 min walk away. The host was super nice and friendly, always available!

We were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine – a great start to the holiday! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large whirlpool, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

We were absolutely delighted with Ljubica she was very friendly, best host we arrived very late due to our flight being delayed we arrived at 2.30am and Ljubica was so kind even wanting to help us with our luggage and asked if we were hungry offered to make us something to eat , we have been to many airbnbs this one was our by far our favourite. The waterfall veiw from our verandah with the soothing sounds of water and wildlife was spectacular we enjoyed every minute of our stay amd highly recommend this wonderful home away from home it was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a amazing holiday we both are comming back and staying longer . The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at - host was fantastic with info and responsiveness, well stocked kitchen, gift basket, firewood. Great location- walking distance to the park and very peaceful

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The apartment is wonderfully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most, of course, was the terrace with a glass railing, a large table, and a sea view. Highly recommended accommodation in Novalja. The host is friendly and approachable.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

Wonderful stay! Communication went smoothly even before the vacation. Igor was accessible throughout and answered questions. The apartment was super equipped, everything necessary was available and we felt right at home. The sea was practically at the doorstep and the small concrete beach had a charm. We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!
