A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

Slavka is a great host. Very kind and dear. The accommodation was great. The location is great, everything is nearby😅 We'll definitely come again 👍🏻

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

The apartment was really nice and well equipped. We were lucky to be the only tenants in the house for the whole week and we got to keep our little beach to ourselves. It was good to communicate with Stipen and the apartment was also very nice and the sea view was just amazing. It should also be mentioned that there was a 3-metre distance from the outer wall of the house to the winding road and about 100 loud motorcycles passed by the house every day. Sometimes the atmosphere was like on a motorbike track. It was quiet and pleasant at night. The water was wonderfully clear and it was easy to swim from the backyard.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds comfortable, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a major limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here, so that other parents with small children are prepared.

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

Small accommodation located by the path to enter in 10 and 35min walk from the 2 entrances to Paklenica Park and also located on mountain bike trails. This little stone house is of crazy charm and carefully renovated all with a nice touch of decoration especially on the magnificent terrace. 2 small bedrooms ideal for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Probably very pleasant in summer by the freshness of the stones in hot weather. Shower with pressure and parking space under the trees. Noted that the house is in a small town under renovation of a small dozen stone houses of which already 5/6 are renovated. The city is located 400m away, enough to swim 15min walk and a sufficient supermarket for the holidays 5 minutes by car all 15 minutes from the highway. A perfect place to stay for hikers of a few days or several weeks.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. The view of the water is beautiful, and there is a great way to go into the water in peace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. The surroundings offer lots of peace and nature. The restaurant right next door did not bother us. A clear recommendation!

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
