Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

I 2. etasje er det stort kjøkken og stue med spiseplass og TV-område, samt hovedsoverom med dobbeltseng og stort bad. Stor terrasse med flere sittegrupper, jacuzzi, bålpanne og flott utsikt. Huset er lyst og trivelig Sveitserhus fra 1890 med balkong og gårdsplass. Gårdsplassen er felles sammen med 2 andre leiligheter. Komplett bad med dusj og boblebad. Stor stue med salong, og kjøkken med spisebord. Parkering på en offentlig parkering 100 meter fra huset. Huset er midt i Mandal sentrum med gåavstand til alle fasiliteter som butikker og uteliv. Nyt det nye spabadet med utsikt mot Trysfjorden – tilgjengelig hele året. Med store vindusflater og høyt under taket åpner hytta seg mot naturen og gir en luftig, nordisk romfølelse. Her bor dere skjermet og tett på naturen, med utsikt og rolige omgivelser som gjør det lett å senke skuldrene. Perfekt for 2–3 familier eller voksne vennepar som ønsker gode dager sammen. Ute venter terrasser, trampoline og god plass til både lek og avslapning.

Velkommen til oss! Funkieshus fra 2024, med store vinduer, mye sol og nydelig utsikt over sjøen. Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. To parkeringsplasser. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein i inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here you will find good sun conditions and bathing opportunities. The place has a jetty and a well-furnished plot. You will find a dining area, parasol and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to drive to the grocery store. There are also public transport services nearby.
