Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Charming and simple standard cabin. Jetty and private undisturbed bay with bathing facilities. The place has sun from morning to evening. There is electricity, but no running water. There is 2000L of cistern water and water purifier in the cabin for cooking, coffee and washing. There is 500m of easy uneven terrain to walk to get to the cabin.

In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Huset er lyst og trivelig Sveitserhus fra 1890 med balkong og gårdsplass. Gårdsplassen er felles sammen med 2 andre leiligheter. Komplett bad med dusj og boblebad. Stor stue med salong, og kjøkken med spisebord. Parkering på en offentlig parkering 100 meter fra huset. Huset er midt i Mandal sentrum med gåavstand til alle fasiliteter som butikker og uteliv. Her bor dere skjermet og tett på naturen, med utsikt og rolige omgivelser som gjør det lett å senke skuldrene. Perfekt for 2–3 familier eller voksne vennepar som ønsker gode dager sammen. Ute venter terrasser, trampoline og god plass til både lek og avslapning.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
