Holiday rentals with beach access in Manatee River

As it says in the listing, the room itself is small, but there is a large closet and many shelves and drawers to put all your things up and out of the way. The balcony is quite large with a nice view. we didn't cook, but it appeared there was enough supplies to do some light cooking, and a full size refrigerator. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Al checked in multiple times which was nice, I don't typically experience that from hosts. The motel itself was also nice, pool was great, Tiki bar, the beach entrance, nice staff, all great. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

cute little beach apartment. clean and comfortable. We loved being super close to the beach. and the outdoor hose and shower was handy. nice of them to provide some beach items too like chairs, a boogie board and beach towels. AC gets very cold, which my husband was happy about. We will definitely be back to Ana Maria Island! its an amazing beach.

Home was very clean, and everything easy to find. We did have an issue with the newer refrigerator, but a mini fridge was delivered the next day and then a service man came the following day. Kate was quick to reply to messages. Loved having a garage to park our vehicles in. The pool is great and clean. The neighborhood is nice, but the location is farther than we wanted from the areas that we wanted to visit. We had never been to this area, so it was our fault for not knowing that the beaches we were after were quite a haul for us. Overall a nice, clean and well equipped home.

Excellent House place and nice attention from Mr. Dave. I being a couple of time in this property and I will be looking for more opportunities

Amazing house in Bradenton! Beautiful pool with privacy, was very peaceful outside. The house was insanely clean and exactly as advertised. Lots of fridge space between the inside and patio. Also many beach items in the garage which helps for people who are flying in. The outside grill is big and the projector is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area! Thank you for the great family vacation!

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we really enjoyed our stay. We were 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It was super close to stores. The one issue I had were the sugar ants in the kitchen. I could not leave any food on the counters at all. I am from Florida so I understand the bugs but it can be inconvenient for longer stays. But other than that our stay was great and we would stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

Sherry’s place was excellent! A clean space is very important to us, and the house was super clean. It had everything we needed and Sherry was very responsive. The pool was perfect and location was convenient to AMI! Kids loved the foosball table and Pac-Man! Also the kitchen was very nice!!! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you!

We stayed a wonderful 2 nights in Cynthia and Neal’s Casita and we already can’t wait to be back! The home has everything you may need for an amazing beach vacation. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
